Pfeiffer Duo 5M

The Pfeiffer DuoLine pump series are two-stage rotary vane pumps and are primarily used for low and medium vacuum applications. The pumps are equipped with a hydraulically controlled vacuum safety valve which, when the pump is stopped, hermetically seals the vacuum chamber and simultaneously bleeds the pump. The Pfeiffer Duo rotary vane pumps cover all applications in the low and medium vacuum range up to 10-3 mbar. These pumps offer reliable operation for mass spectrometry and for any other laboratory application. They can also be used for such critical industrial applications as drying processes, metallurgical processes or resin encapsulation and casting systems, either as a stand-alone pump or as a backup pump in Roots pumping stations or turbo pumping stations.
